In Change Mai, we took a cooking class to learn the secrets being the techniques to make classic Thai dishes.
We first went to the market and learned about the different vegetables they grew there and to get the ingredients we needed for our dishes.
We made spring rolls, curry, pad thai and a classic Thai soup.
I made my curry just a potato and tofu curry because that was all I wanted and it was gooooood. 10/10 would recommend. I hope to find time in my future to try remaking the foods learned and others they shared in their recipe book they made for us. I love Thai food now and making it extra spice. It is really filling though so I was popping after this class.
